Context

The Wild Atlantic Way is a signed coastal touring route along the western seaboard, connecting communities from Donegal to Cork. It is a route through inhabited landscapes, not a single attraction.

What to notice

Follow sections slowly: ports, islands, cliffs, beaches and small towns reveal different Atlantic economies and weather rather than one uniform west coast.
